By using our website or hiring Hydra Pool Service ("we", "us", "our") to provide pool services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

We provide pool cleaning, maintenance, chemistry, equipment, and related services in Port Charlotte, FL and surrounding areas. Scope of work will be agreed on in writing or verbally prior to service.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are free and non-binding until you accept in writing. Prices may change if the scope of work changes or additional issues are discovered on site.

Access & Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the pool and equipment area on scheduled service days. We are not responsible for damages caused by unsafe conditions, pre-existing equipment defects, or unauthorized entry restrictions.

Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service visit. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a fee.

Payment

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Recurring maintenance plans are billed monthly.

Warranty & Liability

We warrant that our labor will be performed in a workmanlike manner. Chemistry results depend on many factors including weather, bather load, and equipment condition. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Communication Consent

By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email regarding your request.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
